To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This ensures that we can process the return efficiently and maintain the integrity of our inventory.

Jewelry items, such as our sterling silver earrings adorned with cubic zirconia, are subject to specific return conditions. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned. Customers are encouraged to inspect their jewelry upon receipt to ensure satisfaction before use.

Skincare products, including our advanced facial serums, must also be returned in their original, unopened condition. If a product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return, as this could compromise the safety and efficacy of the product for future customers.

To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team via email or phone. Upon approval, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a specified number of days, typically 5-10 business days.

In the event that a product is received damaged or defective, customers should report this within 48 hours of receipt. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
